Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in mechanical engineering to support the design, development, and testing of innovative mechanical systems. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, systems, and products under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the design process, including material selection, feasibility studies, and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with other engineers and designers to create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and tests to evaluate and validate mechanical designs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements or optimizations.
• Support the procurement process by assisting in vendor selection, conducting supplier evaluations, and reviewing supplier documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure the smooth transition from design to production.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during product development or production.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards throughout the design and development process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
• Familiarity with engineering analysis software (e.g., finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.

• Knowledge and grasp of the dynamics of gas and air flows and pressure differentials
• Knowledge and familiarity with shock, vibration, and thermal stress analysis
• Knowledge and understanding of ultrasonic welding
