DOCUMENT CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR
The scope of the Engineering Document Control Administrator position is to ensure all aspects of document control are effectively controlled and monitored while following all procedures and guidelines. All disciplines are conducted within an Aerospace Quality Management System (QMS) AS9100D/IS09001:2018.
Drytech Inc. is located adjacent to McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. Our company is a market leader in the field of moisture management and contamination control. It designs and produces a wide range of desiccators, molecular sieve filters, dehydrators, humidity indicators, and integrated moisture management systems for the Department of Defense, Commercial customers, and prime contractors. These include Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, Tyco, and Parker Aerospace.
3.) JOB DISCIPLINES
3.1 Document Control
§ Review new contracts upon award to verify product revision levels meet that of what documentation is on-hand.
§ Maintain all documents that fall under the procedures and guidelines of the QMS.
§ Develop and prepare product assembly instructions (Work Instructions / Travelers) for issuance to production for all product shipments.
§ Prepare, screen, route, and track all Engineering Change Requests & Notices (ECR / ECN)
§ Monitor all supplier-controlled documentation to ensure the enterprise possesses the most up to date version.
§ Provide and control product part number sequence
§ Provide engineering support to include converting sketches to 2D Autocad drawings.
§ Develop ECR/ECN’s
§ Manage & Maintain all HAZMAT Records & all SDS for materials in product and in the facility.
This position reports directly to the Lead Engineer.
5. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
§ Highly Proficient in all MS Office Programs
§ Experience using AutoCAD Desired
§ Hazmat / SDS Experience Desired
